Abstracts instructions
Abstract language must be English
Authors should indicate whether their presentation preference is oral or poster
Abstract body should be 200 words or less and are limited by the submission system. Titles, authors, addresses, figure caption and references will not count towards the character limit.
A figure/table can be included. Complex images are not recommended as they may be difficult for the reader to understand. Accepted formats are: JPG, png, jpeg ONLY. The figure need to be uploaded.
Submit your abstract only once to the most appropriate Topic category. You can select a secondary optional topic category.
Draft status: If you do not click on the submit button, your abstract will be saved in Draft Status. You will then be able to review it and submit it later before the deadline. Abstracts that are in draft status after the deadline cannot be processed and therefore will not be considered for selection.
Changes and corrections: Once submitted, it is not possible to make any corrections to the abstract content or information (such as authors list and details, topic, etc…). The ILLS2026 Programme Committee is not authorized to make changes to a submitted abstract. In order to correct your abstract, you must withdraw it and submit a new version prior to the deadline. Note that, such replacement of your abstract is not possible after the deadline.
