POSTER PRESENTATION GUIDELINES
Poster presentations are divided into two categories:
Talking poster
Selected posters will be discussed during dedicated poster sessions. Presenting authors will have 5 minutes to present their work. Please strictly adhere to the assigned presentation time to ensure the smooth running of the scientific programme.
Poster
All accepted posters will be displayed throughout the Congress on dedicated digital screens stations, allowing delegates to view them at any time during the event.
Poster Preparation & Upload
- One single PowerPoint slide only.
- Use of the official mandatory template.
- Posters must be uploaded in both PDF and JPG format; the two files must be identical.
- Maximum file size: 5 MB per file.
- Poster format: Portrait, 90 × 120 cm (1080 × 1440 px), one page only.
- Authors with multiple accepted posters must upload a separate poster for each abstract.
Further technical specifications and upload instructions will be available within the official poster template and on the upload page, which authors will receive by email.
File Preparation Recommendations
- Replace the sample Abstract ID shown in the template with your own Abstract ID, available in the abstract submission confirmation email and Congress communications.
- Ensure text is clearly readable on large digital displays by using adequate font sizes, high contrast between text and background, and avoiding overcrowded layouts.
- Use optimized and compressed images inserted directly from file.
